  • Your one-hour calls are scheduled approximately every two weeks, beginning at the start dates listed above. Once you register, you will receive an email with the full schedule and call in numbers.
  • Each call in your program begins at the same time and day of the week (per the listings above). You have 8 calls in total.
  • The calls are conducted on a conference call line. All you need is a telephone. You can call in conveniently from your home or office, for free.
  • You and your three group program members will be on every call together, each session, for the entire coaching program.
